Equal Justice | EP 7 | Season 2

Description

Jermaine Hudson’s conviction exposes the dark legacy of Louisiana’s non-unanimous jury system—where a 10–2 verdict was enough to send a man to prison for a crime that never happened. Jermaine and Bobby Gumpright join forces to try and change a system rooted in Jim Crow laws. You can reach out to the Burden of Guilt team at Burdenofguiltpod@gmail.com.
