Ep5: Slow down to go faster

Description

Sebagai seseorang yang susahhh banget buat istirahat. I need to remind my self again and again that its ok to slow down and take time to rest! Talking about this in a podcast feels like talking to younger me yang semua maunya satsetsatset sampe burnout sendiri 😅😅 Episode ini ngebicarain tentang refleksi diri, pembelajaran hidup tentang how, when, and why to rest and slow things down. I hope this helps you folks to ease your chaos and messed up twenties 🤍✨——————- “Between Pause and Purpose”Your twenties are messy.Full of chaos, mistakes, questions, and moments that shape who you are becoming. This METANOIA album captures that journey—learning when to pause, when to keep going, and how to find meaning in the middle of it all.A soundtrack for the in-between phase of life.Available every Friday, only on Spotify.METANOIAHappy listening ✨
