Ep. 3: Absent Fathers, Present Wounds. | #BecauseWeSaidSoPod

Description

*OPEN ME* This week on Because We Said So, we’re getting real about absent fathers—how their absence can shape our views on love, trust, and independence. From hyper-independence to deep-rooted abandonment issues, we unpack the emotional weight so many women carry into adulthood and relationships. We also dive into the current conversations around men in the media, from the disturbing revelations in the Diddy trial to Justin Bieber’s very concerning post about Hailey pm the latest cover of Vogue, and what it all says about power, masculinity, and accountability. It’s been a heavy week, and we’re talking about it all—from the personal to the public. If you’ve ever wondered why you feel the need to always be strong, why trusting others feels like a risk, or why certain headlines hit too close to home—this one’s for you. ______________________ Enjoyed the episode?
