Description
TCRS participated last week in the GOAL meeting, which attracted over 300 seafood producers, buyers, and stakeholders to Seattle last week. In addition to giving an update about past results from fish welfare studies, we also presented the following video of Dr. Abin Grans from Sweden describing the use of non-invasive EEG to determine whether fish are truly rendered insensible by stunning techniques prior to slaughter. It's great to be working with cutting edge scientists to develop best practices and standards for fish welfare.
