BB28 Thursday Live Feed Update July 16, 2026 Big Brother 28 is full of chaos as alliances scramble and plans shift in the lead-up to eviction night. In this live feed update recap, hosts Rob Cesternino and Taran Armstrong break down the biggest drama from Day 9 in the house. All eyes are on the showmances and side swaps as the campaign to keep Ashley spirals out of control—threatening to expose big alliances and leave players stranded. The episode dives into the fallout from Dee’s HoH reign and the messy aftermath of her nominations, with Mallory securing the Veto and Ashley becoming the replacement. The push from key players like Drew, Barrett, and Dee to save Ashley quickly turns into chaos when Ashley’s campaigning exposes the major voting bloc known as the “Red Cross” (crossovers and Red Corner). Ashley’s confusion and eagerness to please lead her to name names and pitch to everyone, scaring off swing votes like Melody and Lyric and setting off a wave of distrust. Meanwhile, Drew and Barrett try to play the middle, but get exposed as indecisive when pressed for loyalty by their alliance members. Rome continues to shape the house mood with his casual yet influential gameplay, and Dee struggles with how to handle potential tie-breaker votes. Ashley’s indiscreet campaigning unintentionally exposes Drew, Barrett, and Dee’s alliance, shifting the house’s focus against her. Melody and Lyric’s worries about “sides” in the house cause them to reconsider keeping Ashley, changing the vote math. Drew and Barrett get caught between alliances, forced to publicly commit on eviction plans after being pushed by Melody. Dee’s reluctance to break a tie against Taylor shows strategic hesitation and raises questions about her loyalty. Rome’s laid-back approach keeps him influential, while Devens makes key moves convincing others that targeting Ashley poses less risk. With alliances exposed and the house split, players now wonder if cutting Ashley keeps the peace or just sets up the next big battle. Can Dee and her allies recover
