Are TikTok DJs Actually Better?

Description

Are TikTok DJs actually better than club DJs? Over the past year, I've noticed the same comments showing up everywhere: "TikTok DJs are better than real DJs." "Why don't clubs play music like this?" "I'd actually go out if DJs played like this." So... are they right? In this video, I break down how social media has created a new style of DJing, why viral TikTok transitions feel so satisfying, why club DJs often play differently, and whether the internet has changed what people expect from DJs today. This isn't about proving one side is "better." It's about understanding why this conversation keeps happening—and what it means for the future of DJing. I'd love to hear your thoughts: Are TikTok DJs actually better than club DJs, or are they solving two completely different problems? 👇 Drop your opinion in the comments.
