Abandoned at birth - one woman's incredible search for the truth

Description

In October 1987 a newborn baby was found on a verge in a remote country lane in Suffolk. Police searched for clues but never discovered the baby foundling's mother. Journalist Lucy Greenwell was a child living nearby at the time. For years she wondered what happened to the tiny baby left on that verge. In this film, Lucy and the now grown-up foundling, Jess, meet to discuss what happened after Jess was adopted. What they uncover is a tale of long-held secrets and unintended consequences that spiralled out of Jess’s control.
