50 Things to Do This Summer Instead of Rotting in Bed & Doom Scrolling

Description

Summer always sounds exciting in theory… until suddenly you realize you’ve spent half of it in bed, doom scrolling, waiting for plans, or doing the exact same thing every day. The truth is, having a memorable summer usually has nothing to do with having the “perfect” life. It comes from trying new things, romanticizing simple moments, being more spontaneous, and actually participating in your own life instead of constantly consuming everyone else’s online. In today’s episode of Hot and Unbothered your host Brianna Gomez shares 50 fun, creative, non-basic things to do this summer instead of wasting the season on your phone. From solo dates and random hobbies to anti-doomscroll habits, outdoor activities, creative projects, and ways to make your everyday life feel more exciting, this episode is your ultimate guide to having a summer that actually feels memorable. If you want this to be the summer where you feel more present, adventurous, confident, and connected to your life, this episode will give you tons of ideas to start making memories now. ☀️💌 SHOP OUR BECOMING HER PLANNER ON AMAZON: https://amzn.to/49Ho0Ta Join our Hot & Unbothered besties groupchat! https://ig.me/j/AbbzCJ0U2ma6q1MJ/?igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ== Stream Hot & Unbothered on ANY PLATFORM : https://linktr.ee/hotunbothered LET’S BE FRIENDS ♡: Hot & Unbothered is now on TikTok!: www.tiktok.com/@hotunbothered Hot & Unbothered Instagram: @hotunbothered https://www.instagram.com/hotunbothered Keep up with me on Snapchat: @bbriannagomez https://www.snapchat.com/add/bbriannagomez Shop all my favorite things on my Amazon Storefront: http://www.amazon.com/shop/bbriannagomez Instagram - @bbriannagomez https://www.instagram.com/bbriannagomez TikTok - @bbriannagomez www.tiktok.com/@bbriannagomez/ Pinterest - @bbriannagomez https://www.pinterest.com/bbriannagomez/ Spotify - @bbriannagomez https://open.spotify.com/user/bbriann...
