30 Day Plan to Prove Your Competence as a Talented Leader

Description

If you're an emerging leader and you're not getting the recognition or promotions you deserve, it could be because you need to work on proving your competence. In this video, I break down exactly what you need to do to look like a competent leader at work. I cover what you need to do to prove your competence on a weekly basis from day 1 up until day 30. By the time you reach day 30 of this competence building formula, you should see a noticeable difference in your perceived level of competence at work. This can translate into you getting more high-profile projects, more responsibility, senior leaders knowing who you are, and even easier promotions and pay rises. When you know how to prove your competence in the workplace, things just start opening up for you. And finally you can get the recognition you deserve.
