Description
Built in 1565 under the command of Miguel López de Legazpi, Fort San Pedro is the oldest triangular fortress in the Philippines. Located in Cebu City, it was built to defend the early Spanish settlement from raids and attacks. Over the centuries, it served as a military stronghold, prison, and historical landmark that continues to preserve Cebu's rich heritage.
