Tracy Lynch is a well-respected therapist with over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed psychotherapy. Tracy now specialises in EMDR intensive therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and is accredited as an EMDR trainer and supervisor. She has taught psychotherapy both here in Australia and overseas. Tracy spends every second week in Ngemba country in Bourke using psychotherapy and EMDR therapy in an indigenous family violence clinic. Tracy is also the founding owner and Clinical Director of Thrive Wellness Hub, where she mentors and supervises other councillors.
