The Empire of Morocco will demonstrate impartiality toward Moors is central to maintaining stability and fairness within its governance structure. According to the stated position, the Moors do not seek favoritism over any Colonial communities, and the laws of the Empire are intended to be applied strictly, uniformly, and without bias. It is further asserted that the Moors will not act as belligerents or engage in extremist behavior within the Empire of Morocco. This position also affirms that Colonial populations have a recognized right to reside on the land and will receive the same legal protections afforded to Moors under the authority of the Empire. The stated objective is the establishment and preservation of peace between Moors and Colonials, grounded in equal protection, lawful governance, and mutual respect.
