Описание

Why does the past always seem better than it really was?Carl Jung understood that we don’t remember the past exactly as ithappened. Our unconscious mind reshapes it. Pain fades, ordinary momentsbecome meaningful, and certain memories begin to feel almost perfect. But often, what we truly miss isn’t the past itself — it’s who we werewhen we lived it.In this video, we explore why your brain romanticizes the past, whynostalgia becomes stronger when the present feels empty, and howconstantly looking backward can keep you trapped in a version of lifethat no longer exists. You’ll discover how memory, projection, the unconscious, and Jung’sideas about individuation explain our obsession with “better times” —and why letting go doesn’t mean forgetting what happened.Sometimes, you don’t want your old life back. You want a part of yourself back.Topics include: Carl Jung psychology, nostalgia, romanticizing the past,Jungian psychology, the unconscious mind, memory, projection, individuation, self-awareness, personal growth, letting go, emotionalattachment, and finding yourself. This video is inspired by the psychological ideas and writings of CarlJung.
