What Happens When You Stop Waiting on God and Take Over

Описание

Waiting is not wasted time. But most of us treat it that way. Whether you're waiting for a job, a breakthrough in your business, or the right person — the season of waiting is one of the most important seasons of your life. Not because of what's coming. But because of what God is doing in you while you wait. Abraham waited 100 years for his son Isaac. But in the middle of that wait, he got impatient — and the consequences of that moment are still playing out in the world today. His story is one of the most powerful lessons in the Bible on what it costs to take things into your own hands before God's time. In this week's message, I cover three things your season of waiting is really about: • Why patience in the wait is not passive — and what Abraham's impatience cost him • Why your season of waiting is actually a season of preparation — and what to do with it • Why God sometimes makes you wait longer than feels fair — and why that's an act of love, not delay If you're in a season where nothing seems to be moving — this one is for you. Drop a comment and tell me what you're trusting God for. My family and I will pray for you.
