Talkernate History - Dragon Seed (1944)

Описание

This episode we discuss the WWII propaganda movie "Dragon Seed". A film about Chinese peasants resisting Japanese soldiers during the early days of the Second Sino-Japanese War. A film with many unintentionally funny moments, a lot of very serious moments. We go in depth on the film, and also delves into historical events surrounding the events of the movie. This film also includes an unforgettable performance by Walter Huston. His most daring role yet!
