Strength & Cardio Hybrid Workout // 30 Minute All Standing & Low Impact to the Music Beat!

Описание

Welcome to this total body workout that's great for everyone including beginners and seniors. All exercises are standing and to the beat of the music, as well as osteoporosis friendly! We pack a lot into this workout, have your weights ready, I'm using a set of 5lbs (2.2kg) and follow along. After a nice long warm up we will alternate between cardio and strength training sections, followed by a stretching cool down.If you are just starting to work out please go at your own pace and begin using light weights or water bottles. You can increase the size of your weights as you grow stronger. Thanks for working out with me!https://www.seniorshape.comhttps://www.instagram.com/seniorshape/https://www.facebook.com/SeniorShapefitness/workout to the music beat, low impact workout standing, beginner workout for women, strength exercises for beginners, womens workout at home, workout for beginners standing, full body workout at home, cardio and toning, 30 minute workout, workout for beginners, strength building workout, workout for weight loss, fat burning workout, cardio workout for beginners, senior shape, silver sneakers, senior fitness, weight loss workout, workout at home, aerobics, low impact workout, standing workout, exercises to lose belly fat, exercise to lose weight fast, exercise for beginners, cardio workout at home, low impact cardio workout, cardio workout, workout for seniors, LIIT workout, osteoporosis workout,
