Stop Waiting for a Different Personality — Carl Jung

Описание

What if the person you keep waiting to become is already hidden beneath everything you have learned to pretend to be?Many people delay their lives because they believe they need a different personality first—more confident, disciplined, outgoing, or fearless. But Carl Jung understood that real transformation does not begin by rejecting who you are. It begins by becoming conscious of the parts of yourself you have ignored. In this video, we explore why constantly wishing for a different personality keeps you trapped, how the persona separates you from your authentic self, and why lasting growth comes from integration rather than imitation. You do not need to become someone else. You need to understand who you already are.Subscribe for more videos about Carl Jung, psychology, self-discovery, personal growth, the shadow, and the unconscious mind.References:Jung, C.
