Sister Kidnapped by Pirates But Family Refuses to Carry Hate in Their Heart

Описание

After the fall of Saigon, Chris's (Rev. Christendoza Le, Kiêm Nam Phương - Vietnamese Name) family fled on a small fishing boat her dad built. In the open waters, the family encountered Thai Pirates. They robbed the family and kidnapped Chris's 13-year-old sister Kiêm Quang Thủy. After staying at the refugee camp they were sponsored by Southern Baptist of USA. Rev. Douglas Kellum has made a big impact on the family. Despite this traumatic experience Chris's dad refused to hold onto hatred and choose to forgive and faithfully serve God no matter the circumstances. The family came to the United States in the mid-1980s. The faith of her father inspired Chris to become a pastor and honor God in everything she does. Chris is currently married to Patrick and has 5 kids. She works full-time as a pharmacist and is a pastor a the First Vietnamese Baptist Church. Until today the family still hopes to find the lost sister despite many unsuccessful attempts. 00:00 - Introduction 00:22 - My father's Faith 04:07 - Fall of Saigon Escape 05:58 - Sister Kidnapped 07:00 - Refugee Camp in Thailand 07:11 - Life in the US 07:34 - Faith in God no matter what happens, Forgiveness 08:18 - Mission Trip to Bolivia 10:26 - Becoming a pastor 10:43 - Doubts if God is real 13:10 - Personal encounter with Jesus Christ 17:00 - Seek first the Kingdom of God 19:29 - Trying to find the lost sister 20:20 - Current church 20:43 - Post Credits and More Pictures 22:28 - Outro Vietnamese First Baptist Church Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/HTTLNT/ Address: 2712 NW 23rd St, Oklahoma City, OK 73107 📺 SUBSCRIBE for more testimonies: https://rb.gy/n1fjgq 👤 Stay Connected FACEBOOK ▶ https://www.facebook.com/BlessedHopeWorldwide INSTAGRAM ▶ www.instagram.com/BlessedHopeWordwide/ WEBSITE ▶ https://www.blessedhopeworldwide.com/ 𝗠𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗖: Blake Anthony "Shy" Carter "YAHWEH"
