Before a sold-out audience of 25,000, an exceptional 80-piece orchestra from around the world joined Sami Yusuf in a performance of epic scope and emotional intensity. With lyrics drawn from the luminous words of 14th-century luminary Imad ad-Din Nasimi — “Two worlds fit in me, yet I cannot fit in this world” — the music soars between the earthly and the eternal, uniting artistic traditions in one innovative vision. Every note, every voice, resonates with grandeur: timeless, majestic, and alive with spirit. The outstanding Turkish vocalists heard here adding their voices to Sami Yusuf’s are İbrahim Suat Erbay, Çiğdem Gürdal, Ahmet Yağmur Kucur, and Çiğdem Yarkın. Recorded live at Festival Park Yenikapı, Istanbul.
