Описание

Are you living as a version of yourself you never actually chose? 🦅✨ Welcome back to the Law of Attraction Secrets podcast! In this mind-bending episode, I sit down with Coach Adam—a world-class NLP expert, master hypnotist, and mindset coach who specializes in identity shifts and subconscious reprogramming. Born in France to Greek, Italian, and French roots, Adam was raised by a single father and had to learn the true meaning of self-belief and independence from a very young age. In this deep dive, we explore how childhood survival mechanisms create "scars" that lock us into limiting identities, and why standard self-help often misses the mark. Adam explains the fascinating difference between meditation and hypnosis, reveals why we all carry up to 20 different "personae" inside of us, and shares why your ego is actually not your enemy. 💥 BONUS: Stick around for a live, highly immersive mini-hypnosis and throat/third-eye chakra visualization session right in the middle of the episode to help you instantly release your deepest fears and step into your sovereign truth! ✨ Key Takeaways From This Episode: The Survival Trap: Why who you are today might just be a protective persona you built to survive—and how to finally let it go. Meditation vs. Hypnosis: The distinct mechanics of self-guided maps versus letting a trusted guide rewrite your subconscious GPS. The 20 Personas Within: Understanding the psychological "personae" we carry and how to integrate them into one authentic, powerful self. A Healed Ego: Why trying to "kill your ego" is a massive mistake, and how to transition from a wounded ego to a healed, protective one. Live Subconscious Alignment: Experience a direct throat chakra ($Vishuddha$) and third-eye ($Ajna$) activation guided by Adam’s deeply soothing voice. 🌟 Connect With Our Guest: Coach Adam Instagram: @coach___adam Official Website: Coach Adam Mindset & NLP Coaching Want to Become MAGNETIC Too?
