Post Mortem | The Killing of Theresa Fusco

Описание

48 Hours correspondents Anne-Marie Green and Erin Moriarty discuss the cases of Theresa Fusco, Kelly Morrissey, and Jackie Martarella, who went missing more than 40 years ago in Long Island, New York. After Theresa’s body was discovered, police focused on a murder suspect, John Kogut, who eventually confessed and implicated two other men. They discuss why Kogut’s defense attorney believes his confession was coerced, how new DNA testing helped overturn the convictions, and the indictment of a new suspect, who has pleaded not guilty.
