Pod. 328 Saykoji TALKS ABOUT HEAVYIER FLOW BUT LIGHTER LIFE

Описание

Saykoji has always been heavy on the mic, but he decided he didn’t want to be heavy in life. Witnessing an Indonesian hip-hop legend conquer morbid obesity is the kind of bars we love to see. He didn’t just change for the scale, he did it to be there for his family and to have the energy to enjoy the world he’s spent decades building. In this episode, we sit down to talk about not just his view and the way he writes his hits but also the discipline it took to rewrite his own story and what it feels like to finally enjoy the rhythm of the life he’s built.---------------Ronald McDonald House Charities helps keep families close to their children during critical medical journeys—because healing is stronger when no one feels alone.Want to be part of that support system?Click the link below to learn more and make a difference today.https://rmhc.or.id/home/ ---------------Thank you for watching, don't forget to subscribe and turn on notifications on these videos to be the first to know our next episodes.
