What started as 'imaginary friends' her parents dismissed turned into a 40-year career bridging clinical mental health therapy with paranormal investigation. She holds a Master's in therapy, specializes in trauma and PTSD caused by anomalous events, and uses real clinical tools to separate a spiritual experience from a psychotic break. This episode goes deep. Dona breaks down why mainstream mental health practitioners are quick to slap a psychosis label on paranormal experiences without asking a single follow-up question. She talks about her Pagan practice, Celtic protective magic, and why she keeps Archangel Michael on speed dial during channeling sessions. She recounts being locked in a bathroom at the Lizzie Borden house, channeling three separate entities at Waverly Hills Sanatorium, and getting physically attacked at the Tremont House in Galveston by a shadow person. If you've ever had something happen in your home you couldn't explain, this one hits different. Dona's message is clear: your experience is real, your experience is valid, and there is no holy water required. "If your therapist is close-minded, find a new freaking therapist."______________________________Timestamps:00:00 - Introducing Dona Strohbehn12:45 - Mental health vs the para
