Think traditional pepper soup - but take out the yam and put in noodles, just like a bowl of mi in Vietnam. If you love Nigerian food, street food experiments, or creative fusion cooking, this one’s for you. Watch to see: – How I made Nigerian beef pepper soup from scratch – How I turned it into a noodle dish – The final taste test (was it a hit or chaos?) Let me know in the comments - would you try this? And what Nigerian dish should I remix next?
