Описание

Lovingkindness, compassion, sympathetic joy, and equanimity are known as the Four Divine Abidings (brahmaviharas). They are meditation objects that we can use to bring our minds to samadhi. Lovingkindness is also one of the protective meditations. With a heart of lovingkindness, we are naturally well established in the first precept and do not wish harm to others. ❂ JOIN US DAILY ON ZOOM ❂ Join Ajahn Anan and the Wat Marp Jan Community online for daily chanting, meditation, and a Dhamma talk.
