If you’ve ever struggled with self-doubt, broken promises to yourself, or wondered what separates those who reach the top from those who quit, this conversation will challenge and inspire you in equal measure. — About Dr Andrea Wieland: Dr. Andrea Wieland is a licensed psychologist, peak performance coach, author, and former Olympic athlete who competed in field hockey at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games — in her own hometown.
