Happy Pride Month, Jackie Hill Perry"—The Part of Her Response Everyone Missed

Описание

Pride Month always brings controversy, but this year a response from Jackie Hill Perry has sparked a major conversation across Christian social media. After being tagged with "Happy Pride Month," Jackie addressed the backlash, spoke about her testimony, same-sex attraction, temptation, repentance, sanctification, and the transforming power of the gospel. In this video, Pastor Rod reacts to her comments and examines whether Christians should care about public perception, biblical witness, Christian testimony, holiness, discipleship, and how believers represent Christ in a culture increasingly shaped by LGBTQ ideology, Pride Month activism, and progressive Christianity. The discussion goes deeper than sexuality alone. We tackle questions surrounding biblical manhood, biblical womanhood, gender expression, Christian freedom, modesty, church leadership, spiritual maturity, and the responsibility believers have to avoid causing confusion inside and outside the church. Does outward appearance matter? Should Christians consider how their lifestyle, clothing, and public presentation affect weaker believers and unbelievers watching from the outside? Using Scripture, Pastor Rod breaks down Romans 14, Christian liberty, holiness, sanctification, gospel transformation, and why a believer's testimony should align with the truth they profess. Whether you agree with Jackie Hill Perry or strongly disagree, this video challenges every believer to examine their walk through the lens of Scripture rather than culture. We discuss temptation versus identity, repentance versus affirmation, church compromise, biblical truth, Christian accountability, false assumptions, gospel-centered living, and what it means to be truly set apart in an age of confusion. The goal isn't personal attacks or internet drama—it's asking the question that matters most: What does God's Word actually say? Don't believe Rod... believe God.
