Michael & Alli react to Happy Death Day (2017), the horror-comedy thriller that follows a college student forced to relive the day of her murder over and over again until she can uncover the identity of her killer. Mixing slasher horror with time-loop comedy and mystery elements, the film balances suspense, humor, and character growth as the cycle becomes increasingly dangerous and unpredictable. This reaction stands out for its creative premise, fun horror twists, and entertaining blend of comedy and suspense, as Michael & Alli experience every death, reveal, and time-loop twist in real time. Directed by Christopher Landon (Freaky, Happy Death Day 2U, We Have a Ghost, Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones, Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse), the film stars Jessica Rothe (La La Land, Boy Kills World, Happy Death Day 2U, Virgin River, Valley Girl), Israel Broussard (To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, The Bling Ring, Fear the Walking Dead, Flipped, Good Kids), Ruby Modine (Shameless, Happy Death Day 2U, Central Park, Satanic Panic, The Survivalist), Rachel Matthews (Frozen II, The Black Phone, Looking for Alaska, Upgraded, Euphoria), and Charles Aitken (The Knick, Homeland, The Girl on the Train, Person of Interest, House of Cards), bringing together a cast tied to modern horror, teen thrillers, and fan-favorite genre films that continue to drive strong reaction and crossover audience appeal. ___________________________________________________ We've got merch!
