‘Good News’ - Acoustic Video by Hillsong Worship While we were sinners, Jesus died for us — this is the Good News! Whatever your story or season, we sing this song as a joyful proclamation of the gospel; salvation through Jesus Christ. Just as Romans 10:9 declares, “If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” Listen to ‘Great I AM’: https://hillsong.fm/GreatIAM Subscribe to our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/hillsongworship Stay connected: https://facebook.com/hillsongworship https://instagram.com/hillsongworship https://twitter.com/hillsongworship https://www.tiktok.com/@hillsongworship https://hillsong.com/worship GOOD NEWS Words and Music by Nigel Hendroff, Austin Davis, Andrew Holt & Alexander Pappas © 2025 Hillsong Music Publishing Australia, Capitol CMG Paragon & Integrity’s Praise! Music CCLI: 7257854 VERSE 1: Love that we can’t earn Grace we don’t deserve Far more than we’ll ever understand How great the burden Death that felt certain But nothing could stop what the Lord had planned Now on this truth we’ll forever stand CHORUS: This is the gospel Christ died for everyone This is salvation Bought with His precious blood While we were sinners Jesus poured out all His love Hallelujah This is good news VERSE 2: I can’t contain it So I will proclaim it This is the truth I’ll forever sing Jesus is risen and I believe BRIDGE: I believe in my heart And confess with my mouth Jesus Christ is Lord Jesus Christ is Lord Oh He rose from that grave There is power in His name Jesus Christ is Lord Jesus Christ is Lord TAG: Jesus Christ is Lord Jesus Christ is Lord #GreatIAM #HillsongWorship #GoodNews #AcousticWorship
