Episode 410 | Identity in Community: You Belong to the Body

Описание

You might be in the right place. You're just not sure it's enough of a place. It doesn't look like much from the outside. Nobody's watching. Nobody's applauding. It's not the position you pictured when you said yes to God. And every time you scroll through someone else's highlight reel, your place feels smaller and smaller. But Christine Caine has a word for anyone who has ever felt overlooked, underplaced, or tempted to leave, and it comes straight from 1 Corinthians 12. In episode four of A Life Unleashed series, Christine Caine opens Paul's body of Christ metaphor and makes the case that where God sets you is never accidental and what you do there is never invisible, no matter how unseen it feels. In this episode, Christine Caine walks through 1 Corinthians 12:12–27 to show that the church is not a platform system where visibility equals significance. It is a body where every ligament, every unseen muscle, every hidden part is indispensable, and where one displaced part causes the whole body to limp. She makes the case that a gift displayed outside the body has no ultimate purpose, that God doesn't need a marketing plan to find you — He goes to the place He assigned you — and that the church today is spiritually limping because too many people have either abandoned their place or are devaluing the place they're in. The takeaway that will anchor you: if you don't embrace your place, you will always feel displaced. And when God sets you in place, you cannot be displaced and you cannot be replaced. ✨ If you've ever asked questions like… ✅ How do I stay faithful in a place that feels small, invisible, or beneath what I feel called to? ✅ Why does it feel like God is using everyone else more than He's using me? ✅ Is it okay to leave where I am for something that looks like a better opportunity? ✅ What if I've been in this season longer than I thought I would be? Does that mean God has forgotten me? ✅ How do I know if I'm in the right place or if I should be somewhere else? ✅ Does what I do behind the scenes actually
