Описание

In this episode, I sit down with Godfrey Mbaya — an experienced teacher — for an eye-opening conversation about Kenya’s education system. We dive deep into the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC), its transition from the traditional 8-4-4 system, and what this change really means for students, teachers, and parents. Godfrey breaks down the real challenges educators are facing on the ground, the key benefits CBC brings, and how it truly differs from what we grew up with. Whether you're a parent, teacher, student, or just curious about the future of education in Kenya, this episode is packed with insights and thought-provoking points you don’t want to miss.
