Dirty CFO TRIES to OUTSMART Madlanga-It Goes HORRIBLY wrong

Описание

The Madlanga Commission of Inquiry in Pretoria heard testimony from suspended Tshwane CFO Gareth Mnisi on 21 April 2026 regarding his WhatsApp communication with Sergeant Fannie Nkosi over the TMPD1 of 2024/25 anti-land invasion security tender awarded to eight companies including Nkosi's brother's firm Ngaphesheya, which received close to R3 million despite non-compliance. Mnisi admitted to the commission that his strategy upon suspecting Nkosi wanted an improper tender award was to "play along" and "huff and puff" so Nkosi would believe he was assisting, rather than reporting the interference attempt through official channels. Chairperson Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga closed proceedings by establishing that Mnisi took no formal action despite being aware that Deputy Mayor Eugene Modise had been approached by parties claiming to represent the EFF and Action SA, that BEC chairperson Victor Hawker had been given a mandate listing seven preferred companies by a person identified as Nico Matobela, and that Nkosi had no official role in any City of Tshwane procurement process. #madlangacommission #juliusmalema
