30 in 30: Gruelling terrain, 3am starts and the threat we didn’t see coming: What lies ahead of my biggest challenge yet

Описание

Welcome back to this Big Fish mini series which follows me as I attempt to complete a Guinness world record of 30 marathons in 30 days on sand through the Jordanian desert. If you're listening on release, I'm flying to Jordan right now and the enormity of this challenge is really dawning on me. This is part two of this episode with my running coach Chris Taylor and my trainer Shaun Stafford as we take you through how we’ve been training and planning for this world record attempt.
