Описание

If you're an emerging leader and you're not getting the recognition or promotions you deserve, it could be because you need to work on proving your competence. In this video, I break down exactly what you need to do to look like a competent leader at work. I cover what you need to do to prove your competence on a weekly basis from day 1 up until day 30. By the time you reach day 30 of this competence building formula, you should see a noticeable difference in your perceived level of competence at work. This can translate into you getting more high-profile projects, more responsibility, senior leaders knowing who you are, and even easier promotions and pay rises. When you know how to prove your competence in the workplace, things just start opening up for you. And finally you can get the recognition you deserve. I hope this guidance will help you in your career! 🙌 Become an exclusive supporter of my channel & get access to perks: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCCsjslC4LlSEA2HtxutBhuA/join MY UDEMY COURSES (with discounts) ✍️ Business Etiquette 101: Social Skills for Success https://bit.ly/3LdVhX1 ✍️ Assertive Communication Skills Masterclass https://bit.ly/3vBJ33W ✍️ Powerful, Confident Body Language for Business Women https://bit.ly/3EFlOKh ✍️ Leadership Presence 30 Day Challenge https://bit.ly/3EFbaTV 🚀 MY FAVOURITE APPS FOR LEADERS ✔ Shortform.
