20 min Vinyasa Yoga All Levels - Full Body Opening Flow

Описание

Hi everyone, thank you for joining me. Today's class is a 20 minute vinyasa flow yoga practice to focus on spaciousness and expansion. This is a full body opening flow that will create a sense of fluidity and ease in your body. There's a big emphasis on shoulder and upper body stretches but rest assured I always incorporate some poses for hips and hamstrings. You'll work on your balance a bit as well. This can be a bit of a challenging practice but the poses themselves are accessible to all levels. This can be a great morning yoga practice or a flow to do at the end of the day especially if you've spent a lot of time sitting. No props are required, I really hope you will love it!Thanks for watching,KassandraKassandra Reinhardt is an Ottawa-based Yoga Teacher and one of the world's leading online yoga instructors.
