Описание

It’s hard to make the right decision when we are under pressure and stress. Mindful breathing helps us to think more clearly and calmly. In this episode, I am honored to speak with my father, Toto Nugroho Pranatyasto, who shares about how his mindful breathing practices that has helped him when he makes important decisions. Having worked for Indonesia’s Oil and Gas industry for 23 years, he relies on mindful breathing practices in the morning and afternoons, such as the Satria Nusantara (https://bit.ly/2DBeFj0) and recently the popular, Wim Hof Method (https://bit.ly/35cdpOC), to take care of his immune system and stress level. I also share the neuroscientifically proven breathing methods by Dr. Andrew Huberman, an American neuroscientist and tenured professor in the Department of Neurobiology at the Stanford University School of Medicine, in which you can see his video in these links (https://bit.ly/2F5EfgS) & (https://bit.ly/3bwFqSk).
