Ginevra appeals to the queen, who can do nothing to circumvent her father's decision. Ginevra is forced to sacrifice her dreams and run the hotel her husband has bought in one of Paris's worst slums. She refuses to tolerate this and begins to devise a daring plan to take back her life and regain the queen's favor. If she succeeds, she will recover the life she loved; if she fails, she could be executed.Read more
