Non-Profit Turnaround: How to Rescue a Failing Organization - Second Edition

Do you work for a non-profit organization that is dedicated to a cause that you believe in? Has that organization been in decline over the past few years? Has funding dried up and have donations dwindled? If nothing is done to rescue your organization will you be closing your doors all too soon? If so then this book is for you. The author, Craig Copland, shares from his many years of experience in the non-profit sector. He has learned that there is no organization, dedicated to a worthy cause, that cannot be rescued, turned around and made to be effective again. But it requires that the leaders of the organization change their thinking, change their strategies, and get moving on cash flow immediately. "Non-Profit Turnaround" explains the steps necessary for doing just that. "If you just do what this book tells you to do you can throw it away a year later. You won't need it anymore."Read more
