Married the Vampire Queen in the Apocalypse

Mundo - the underworld, hell, or another reality - regardless of what you may call it, exists and has swallowed earth! Ten years after the Demonic Apocalypse took place, opening up fissures and pathways from the Infernal realms to our reality, earth was swallowed and humanity became nothing more than food, playthings, and slaves for their new demonic masters. Doggo/Darius is a slave with amnesia who has nothing that sets him apart from other slaves, but his outstanding good looks and exotic appearance land him a job as the servant of an exiled and weakened vampire queen. However, this gives him a bonus to learn, improve, and evolve his skills as long as he can find ways to please his vampire queen. Is it going to be easy? Can he outnumber the rest of the slaves and the vampires in obtaining the ultimate prize of the apocalypse - the heart of the Mother of Vampires, Queen Zili Tiamat Lilith Von Sanguis?
