Crimson Child

Yashar Tafazoli is the brainchild behind the elusive project that is Crimson Child. An incomparable fuse of unorthodox melodies and ominous electronic undertones, Crimson Child is best recognized for his rich interpretation of emotional-filled storytelling through sound. A Vancouver native, Crimson Child’s powerfully-sentimental discography receives widespread recognition from the likes of tastemakers such as Whipped Cream, Blanke, Graves, Boombox Cartel, Rusko, and Ookay. Through the use of live percussion and original vocals, he creates a virtual world that feels both simultaneously familiar and terrifyingly unknown.
