Deskripsi

In this episode, Ashley gets honest about what it looks like to navigate fear and grief at the same time. After an unexpected loss in her family and some scary news of her own, she opens up about why feeling the hard thing and feeding the hard thing are not the same. This episode is about learning the difference between sitting with something hard and letting it consume you, and why the most chaotic seasons of your life are usually the ones right before something major breaks open.
