Walking Cardio & Strength Workout // Low Impact & to the Beat!

Thanks for joining me for this fun walking cardio workout! Get your steps in, and work in some strength too. After a quick warm up we have 20 low impact cardio exercises that are done to the beat of the music. 40 seconds for each move, followed by 20 seconds of walking in place. Follow along and have fun! The aerobic section is followed by two songs of strength exercises with light weights (to the music beat, but no timer). For reference, I'm using 3 pounds (1 or 2 Kg). I hope you enjoy this all in one workout!
