Thigio is found in Ndeiya Ward, right at the edge where Kiambu County borders both Kajiado and Nakuru counties. We explore both the original Thigio town center, which is surprisingly deserted, and Thigio Boroti, a much more active and vibrant center full of life, businesses, and development. We also take a look at the clean, tarmacked roads, the farming activities in the green hilly interior, and discuss why Thigio remains one of the most interesting and underrated towns we've visited.
