The Customer That Scares Call Center Newbies - The Escalator

Deskripsi

They’re not yelling for fun. They’re yelling because they’ve been burned—again and again. Dave said he’d fix it. Kim promised a call. Paul? Let’s not even go there. This is the Escalator—the customer who’s been through it all and refuses to be brushed off one more time. Every new agent dreads this moment, but behind the frustration is a story worth hearing. In this episode, we break down the mindset of the Escalator, how to spot the hidden clues in their complaints, and most importantly—how to handle the call without losing control. Watch, learn, and don’t let the headset hit the desk too soon. #CallCenter #CustomerService #EscalationCalls #NewbieTips #MockCall #BPOTraining
