Tarta Relena | A Take Away Show at @sudsarles

Deskripsi

[ENG] It seemed only fitting to let the almost feral femininity of this Catalan duo enter through the bulls’ gate, the ground still scattered with golden confetti from a previous Camargue corrida. At the center of Arles’ majestic arena, the two scarlet figures — momentarily stripped of the electronic elements of their liberated sound — move in harmonic and visual spirals. First they chant a Christic song, intertwining with a liturgy for a newborn child. The moment becomes a vortex, symbolizing the forces at play in such a place — where, as here, bloody confrontation brushes the sublime.
