Lord, Make My Life a Reflection of Jesus | Morning Prayer

Deskripsi

📖 “Whoever claims to live in Him must live as Jesus did.” – 1 John 2, verse 6 ✨ To call yourself a follower of Christ is more than a confession—it’s a lifestyle. It means walking as Jesus walked, loving as He loved, forgiving as He forgave, and surrendering as He surrendered. 💛 In this prayer and reflection, we are reminded that Christianity is not about wearing a label—it’s about living a transformed life. ✅ To belong to Christ is to imitate Him ✅ To live as a new creation, putting off the old life of sin ✅ To walk by the Spirit and not gratify the desires of the flesh 💡 Maybe you’ve been wrestling with old habits, carrying guilt from the past, or struggling to fully surrender. This is your reminder: you are no longer a slave to sin—you are a new creation in Christ. The Spirit of God lives within you, giving you the power to walk in holiness, peace, and freedom. Even when the flesh pulls you back. Even when the old self whispers lies. Even when the path feels narrow… Jesus calls you higher. 🙏 Join us in this heartfelt prayer—asking God to help us walk as Jesus walked, to renew our minds daily, and to live as new creations filled with His Spirit. 📖 Bible References: 1 John 2:6 Ephesians 4:20–24 Romans 6:6 Galatians 5:16–18 2 Corinthians 5:17 Matthew 16:24 Ephesians 1:7 Romans 6:13 1 Corinthians 1:30 Colossians 3:9–10 Romans 12:2 1 Peter 1:5–7 💬 If this prayer has spoken to your heart, type ‘Amen’ in the comments as a sign of faith.
