Lord, Fix My Eyes on You and Not the Storm Around Me | Morning Prayer

Deskripsi

📖 “Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith.” – Hebrews 12, verse 2 ✨ The direction of your gaze determines the condition of your soul. When your eyes are fixed on Jesus, peace floods your heart, strength fills your spirit, and purpose guides your steps. But when you look inward at your weakness, backward at your past, or forward into an uncertain future—fear and discouragement begin to grow. 💛 In this powerful prayer and reflection, we are reminded to lift our eyes above the chaos of life and look to Christ, the unshakable foundation who never changes. ✅ When you focus on your past, He redeems it. ✅ When you focus on your weakness, He strengthens you. ✅ When you focus on your future, He secures it. 💡 Maybe you’ve been distracted by worry or overwhelmed by what’s ahead. Maybe you’ve been holding on to guilt from what’s behind. But this is your reminder: Jesus is your constant. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Even when the storm rages. Even when the path seems unclear. Even when your faith feels small… Fix your eyes on Jesus—and you will stand firm. 🙏 Join us in this heartfelt prayer, asking the Holy Spirit to steady your gaze, renew your focus, and anchor your heart in Christ’s unchanging truth. 📖 Bible References: Hebrews 12:2 Psalm 121:1–2 2 Corinthians 5:17 1 John 2:17 Matthew 6:34 Psalm 16:8 Colossians 3:2 💬 If this prayer has spoken to your heart, type ‘Amen’ in the comments as a sign of faith.
