Keys to Staying in the Fight (When You’re Ready To Give Up)

Deskripsi

"The enemy isn’t just watching your struggle—he’s banking on it." Most of us view frustration as a sign of spiritual failure. We think that if we were "holy" enough, we wouldn’t feel the weight, the exhaustion, or the urge to just walk away. But what if the very thing you’re trying to hide from God is actually the key to your intimacy with Him? In this episode of The Leader’s Cut, Preston gets incredibly honest about the internal flesh that tries to convince us to quit. We’re moving past the clichés to look at the spiritual mechanics of perseverance. It’s time to stop letting the enemy celebrate your burnout and start allowing the Holy Spirit to cut away the reactions and habits that are draining your tank. In this conversation, we’re breaking down: Normalizing Frustration: Why intimacy with God requires a level of honesty most of us are too scared to bring to the altar. Friendly Fire: How your flesh tries to turn your closest allies into enemies when you’re under pressure (and how to stop the cycle). Filling Your Tank: Understanding that God created you with needs, and why ignoring your fuel level is a recipe for a crash. Spiritual Metabolism: Why starving yourself spiritually leads to a lack of muscle when the fight actually gets intense. The Enemy’s Downfall: The specific reason your enemy wants you to quit, and why God loves nothing more than humiliating him through your victory. This isn’t a pep talk, it’s a reality check for the believer who is ready to give up. The enemy wants you to quit, but God has provided the keys to help you outlast the attack. It’s time to stop fighting your allies and start shaming your enemy.
