How Can I Help Myself Heal? | Dr. Randy Dellosa | Episode 5

Deskripsi

If our bodies have so many ways of healing, is it the same for our minds too? Can healing be something we actually participate in?In this episode, we sit down with Dr. Randy Dellosa—a life coach, counselor, psychotherapist, clinical psychologist, physician, psychiatrist, and osteopath—to help us better understand how healing works and the role we play in our own recovery and well-being.Together, we talk about the mind's capacity to heal, the wisdom hidden within our pain, and how some of the people most capable of helping others are often those who have experienced wounds of their own. Perhaps we are all, in some way, wounded healers—learning, growing, and making meaning from the very things that once hurt us.This episode is a reminder that healing is not always passive, that pain does not make us broken, and that our experiences can become sources of compassion, resilience, and understanding for ourselves and for others.A conversation about healing, hope, and learning how to participate in our own becoming. 🎙️__We all see life through different perspectives, and Life Loading is our way of sharing stories and conversations that help fill in those gaps.
