Deskripsi

Following his visit to China for a high-stakes meeting with President Xi Jinping last week, the US president told Fox News they had struck ‘fantastic trade deals’ and settled ‘a lot of different problems’. However, Beijing has not yet confirmed any specific trade or business agreements reached during the summit. The meeting also failed to deliver a breakthrough on the US-Israel war on Iran. As major geopolitical issues at play, including Taiwan, were left unaddressed, what did the summit ultimately achieve?
